Curious about Executive Fairways but not ready to become a member yet? A Guest Day gives you the opportunity to experience the community, meet local business leaders, and enjoy a great round of golf—without any membership commitment.

Executive Fairways was created around a simple belief: the best business relationships aren’t always built in conference rooms.

Sometimes they start on the first tee.

Our Guest Days give professionals, executives, and business owners the chance to experience Executive Fairways firsthand. You’ll meet members, introduce your business, play 18 holes at a premier South Florida course, and spend several hours building relationships in a relaxed environment.

Here’s what you can expect when you join us for a Guest Day.

A Warm Welcome From the Start

Walking into a new networking group can sometimes feel uncomfortable, especially when everyone else seems to already know each other.

We want the opposite experience.

When you arrive at an Executive Fairways Guest Day, you’ll be welcomed by members and introduced to the group. Our goal is to make it easy to start conversations and feel like you’re part of the day from the beginning.

There’s no need to work the room or collect as many business cards as possible.

Start with a conversation.

Learn what someone does.

Tell them what you do.

Then see where the relationship goes.

Your 60-Second Business Introduction

Every guest has an opportunity to briefly introduce themselves and their business.

Think of it as your 60-second pitch—but don’t worry about making it a complicated sales presentation.

A good introduction can be simple:

  • Who you are
  • What company you represent
  • What you do
  • Who you typically help
  • The types of connections you’re interested in making

The goal isn’t to sell something to everyone in the room.

It’s to help people understand who you are and what you do so they can recognize opportunities to connect with you.

Then It’s Time to Play Golf

Once the introductions are complete, the real Executive Fairways experience begins.

You’ll head out for 18 holes at one of South Florida’s premier golf courses.

This is where Executive Fairways feels different from traditional networking.

Instead of moving from person to person every few minutes, you get time to actually talk.

Between shots, while walking or riding between holes, and during breaks in the round, conversations happen naturally.

You might talk about business.

You might talk about golf.

You might discover that you know the same people.

Or you might find an unexpected opportunity to work together.

There is no script.

That’s exactly the point.

You Don’t Need to Be a Great Golfer

One of the most common questions we hear from potential guests is:

“Do I need to be good at golf?”

Absolutely not.

Executive Fairways is about relationships first.

Some members may have played golf for years. Others may be relatively new to the game. Your handicap isn’t what determines whether you belong in the group.

Good etiquette, a positive attitude, and an interest in meeting other professionals matter much more than your score.

So don’t let your golf game stop you from joining us.

Networking Without the Name Tags and Small Talk

Traditional networking can sometimes feel rushed.

You have a few minutes to introduce yourself before both people start looking for the next conversation.

Golf creates a completely different environment.

A round gives you hours rather than minutes.

That means you don’t have to immediately ask:

“So, what do you do?”

You can simply have a conversation.

Over the course of the round, you’ll naturally learn about the people you’re playing with—their businesses, experience, interests, challenges, and goals.

And they’ll learn the same things about you.

That’s where genuine professional relationships begin.

The Conversation Continues After the Round

The networking doesn’t end on the 18th green.

Guest Days typically continue with a post-round gathering at the clubhouse, giving everyone another opportunity to connect.

It’s a chance to grab a drink, talk about the round, continue conversations, and recognize the day’s winners and memorable moments.

By this point, the atmosphere is usually very different from the beginning of the day.

The people who were strangers a few hours earlier have shared an entire round together.

That’s the advantage of networking through golf.
